Scam
After a few months of being subscribed I was charged for two subscriptions despite only having one. They refused to refund me, claiming that the order was already placed and sent to USPS (the same day my card was charged...?) and told me to cancel prior to the monthly billing date on the next round. For, again, a second subscription I had never actually placed. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to know to cancel a subscription I didn't request. Or why I would request that in the first place. I already had a 3 pair subscription, what in the world would I be doing with 6 pairs of cheaply made panties every month? Anyway, I'm now writing this because it's been over two weeks and I've received one set of panties but not the second. I'm sure I'll also get another weirdly passive aggressive response from someone who obviously doesn't actually read the emails they receive and have to contact my bank. To top it off, the panties are also really low quality.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!! I have been unsuccessful in canceling my subscription. They claim you can go to "manage subscriptions" at the top of their website, but there is no such tab anywhere!!! Please someone tell me how you've been successful in canceling with them as they have no customer service number. It's only emai. They should be investigated for fraudulent billing and business practices.
Stay clear
Shocking service, signed up and got sent XS instead of L - when messaging they asked for multiple photos and information that seemed like they didn’t believe me. I asked them to refund my money and cancelled my subscription. They re actives my subscription, sent me out another set of the unwanted underwear and still no refund. Awful company, do not recommend. Stay clear.
Horrible company!!!
Normally I don't leave poor reviews, but after the debacle with this horrible company, and upon seeing other very recent reviews along the same lines as mine, I figured I would contribute to HOPEFULLY stop anyone else from being scammed as so many of us were. I canceled my subscription with this company in late September of this year after a poorly handled exchange with their "customer service team". I hadn't received my first package consisting of my subscription and "extras", and made no effort to resolve the issue past "check with your post office". I thought that one sour exchange would be it, however I was charged two more months! After logging into their website to confirm I had no subscription active (there wasn't), I reached out to their team again to see why I had been charged and yet still received no product. They then responded to my email claiming I had subscribed but hadn't "activated my email", and this response came along with an email asking me to do so. MAGICALLY after this was received, my login details which I had used earlier in the day no longer worked. This company will take your money, and offer you no explanation as to why you haven't received anything. I have worked in customer service for 8 years and this is by far the worst "team" I have ever come across. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Predatory and a scam
I ordered here twice in 2 different sizes, and nothing fit right. I had two subscriptions in M and L. To prevent having double order, I emailed the support team to cancel my duplicate subscription. They did it with absolutely no problem. I waited for another L panty to come in the mail and I realized it was the same issue to I emailed support to cancel my subscription again. All of a sudden, cancelling my subscription is something they can't do? And it's been back and forth emailing support where they just give me the run around. These tactics are predatory and are just trying to keep my subscription active so they can take more payments out. This is completely unprofessional and I am not tolerating it. I was compliant before and just wanted to cancel, and now I am demanding a refund in full since they want to make me go on a wild goose chase to cancel a subscription.
Quality Was Disappointing.
The price is tempting and you get what you paid for. However, these were so poorly made that it I could have bought better quality just as cheaply from walmart. The holes for the legs in the underwear were crooked and I had several strings hanging when i opened my package. I contacted customer service to cancel my subscription and they answer very quickly so that was nice.

Scam scam scam stay away from this company. I've paid them for three months and received nothing. Automated email saying they will get back to me and never do. Cannot cancel my subscription from the website like it says. May have to change my back account info so they will stop charging me.
Knotty Knickers is a Scam
I ordered from them in September. No tracking number was provided. After I realized my expected date of delivery had passed, I reached out to their “customer service”. What you get is an automated message and when they finally do message you, it’s the same message over and over. I messed up and didn’t put my street address when ordering. When I inquired how to find my package they instructed me to go to my local USPS and ask if they received it. I did, they said they hadn’t received anything without a street address. I kept in contact with them over two months and inquired about a tracking address. I was told they don’t give tracking numbers for standard mail. Therefore, I would have no way of knowing if they even sent it out. I was so upset because I ordered a subscription and extras and planned to keep the subscription going. However after dealing with the sham of customer service they offer, I’m not interested in doing any business with these scammers other than getting my money or product that i paid my hard earned money for. I recently got in contact with them again and demanded they show me proof of delivery because how would I know they even sent it out if I didn’t receive it? THEY SENT ME A TRACKING ADDRESS. THEY LIED TO ME FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. Maybe if I had been given the tracking number from the beginning when I went to USPS they would have been able to help me track the items. However, they did not. And lied about offering it. Please don’t waste your money on this company. Their customer service skills are absolutely atrociously rubbish. Oh, and all their glowing Facebook reviews? They delete all the negatives and block you from posting on their account. If you can’t handle the heat, please step out of the kitchen, Knotty Knickers They will take your money and offer no refund. Take your business elsewhere.
Terrible customer service
The first few pairs were nice. The sizing was a bit off, but they fit cuz I ordered up since I have a big butt. A few got holes really quickly and one month all three were ripped right out of the package. I reported to them and sent them proof and this ignored me. I wrote about it on their FB and they blocked me from commenting or messaging them! Terrible company. Pay extra for Splendies, better customer care and quality!
Worst Idea Ever!
I signed up for the subscription on October 4th and my estimated delivery was between the 20th-26th. I emailed on the 24th because I hadn’t received anything and they said that because of the Halloween orders it could take up to 5-7 more business days. Well, today is 9 business days. I’ve emailed them and hope I get a response but from reading others’ reviews I’m not hopeful. I should have never subscribed. Can’t we contact the BBB or something to hold them accountable for their shady service???
