Avoid at all costs!! I signed up as I liked the look of the product, the price was good and I would no longer have to go to the shop for knickers. First month was late but We had a bank holiday and they arrived a few days later. Second month delivery window passed I waited 5 days before I got in touch. They said they would investigate and came back to me saying it was still in transit - 3 weeks from Canada? I told them I think it was lost, to which I was told to speak to the Courier MYSELF! It is not my responsibility to speak to the courier, that falls to the sender. They have since charged me for another month, refuse to give me a refund for both the missing parcel and the current one - They won't even reply to my emails, so I have no choice but to go to my bank and claw back my money, It's only £24 but the principle is the same. They don't tell you they ship from Canada, which isn't a problem but I'd like to know that before I sign up to anything and part with my money. Also I'm in the UK and speaking to Hermes is a near impossible task, not that they would tell me anything even if I could get through to them. These people use normal women to advertise their product, great they also have some great designs but their customer service is absolutely shocking, and when you challenge them on their response they simply ignore you. I would've happily accepted a replacement or even a credit but they chose to tell me to sort it myself, and then completely ignore me. Also I wasn't aggressive in my emails to them so they have no reason to really ignore me

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Their customer service (or lack there of) is AWFUL!!! They always say, "if you have a design preference, just email us and we'll mark it on your account". Well I added a spooky trio to my monthly package, then emailed about requesting a different design other than high waisted knickers. They told me they recorded the information on my account blah blah blah... a week later theres a second charge on my account in the same month. They DUPLICATED my monthly package without my consent. I've been emailing back and forth with them for 3 weeks with no resolve. Ive provided screenshots on our conversations to prove they were wrong and they even asked I provided proof of the charges on my bank account (LOL). STAY AWAY. The quality is CRAP, just like the customer service.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! Is is basically a scam. My knickers didn't arrive for weeks so I contacted the company, after having already cancelled my subscription. Whilst investigating my lost package, Knotty Knickers reinstated my subscription without my consent. I have now been charged for a second package which I did not want, which has still not arrived weeks later. The quality of the knickers is very poor and cheaply made, I find them very uncomfortable. I left messages on their Facebook about my experience, they have now deleted these and blocked me from commenting further. Terrible experience, stay well away from this "company".

I had 3 ok months of orders. Added the 'spooky trio' to my order for Halloween and it didn't arrive. They requested a photo of the envelope that I did receive? As it was a couple of days before Halloween and they hadn't arrived I told them not to bother shipping a replacement but refund my money. 2 days later I received a email confirming that they had shipped. I forwarded them the previous 2 emails that I'd sent telling them not to ship. They responded that as the knickers were already shipped they couldn't refund me. Absolute rubbish customer service. It is also very difficult to cancel your subscription. Do not recommend this service at all.

I cancelled my subscription months ago and this month i noticed that money from knotty knickers was taken from my account, I emailed them and they said that i didnt and that i could unsubscribe from my account (again did that months ago) NOW all of a sudden i cant find where to unsubscribe so i can get my money back . There giving me a run around and its getting old quick

DO NOT GO THRU WITH IT. I’d give 0 stars if i could. they blocked me on their social media’s for simply asking them to acknowledge the 15 emails I’ve sent and well over 20 msgs I’ve tried to send. They just simply don’t respond and when they get frustrated with you, they block you. All I want to do now is cancel my subscription after a terrible experience and I can’t even do that. This company is GARBAGE.

I've been trying to cancel naughty knickers and they wone they acknowledged I'm trying to catch of their prescription they tried to tell me that I didn't have an account with them when I end up going through the county doesn't even say how to counsel your monthly prescription they just keep sending the underwears and keep telling me that they're gonna get back to me and never do I am very forking disappointed
ABSOLUTE TRASH COMPANY
The first two months were okay. The underwear are good, but uncomfortable. Not something I would wear often. They say they’re size inclusive but I’m normally a Large, ordered an XL, & they were snug... Their customer service is horrendous. They blocked me on Facebook for asking for help with my order. They charged me TWICE for something I didn’t order & they refused to credit me for it. Would NOT recommend wasting your money here.
