Absolute scam site!
I made an order of a subscription and other bits and pieces at the beginning of September. I contacted them when my items didn't arrive and they stated that they would send out another package. i didn't receive that either. They would not give me tracking numbers or any other details and eventually just stopped replying to my emails. I was then blocked on facebook and when I turned to other social media accounts they started deleting my messages. It's been nearly two months and I have not had my items and I have not had a refund. I am appalled that I have found so many similar reviews here. How is this company still practicing? Why have they not been shut down yet? Update (oct 2023) Knotty Knickers are trying to contest this review by asking for information! Luckily I have kept the emails and order numbers. After my last review I ended up having to cancel my subscription payment through my bank as Knotty Knickers just stopped replying to my messages and requests for cancellation.
Almost fraudulent.
I'm in the UK. I signed up based on facebook advertising in August. It was over a month before I recieved my first package. I had been asking for tracking info for about 2 weeks by this stage, receiving the reply that 'tracking is not available on standard mail'. Rubbish, I thought. Then I realised they were shipping from America so it all started to make sense. Anyway, eventually it arrived. 2 out of 3 pairs were too small, even though I was at the lower end of the size range. They were also very poor quality. I complained and asked for a refund and was told that I could get a discount on my next package if I could take a photo to prove the measurement of the waistband was incorrect. I didn't want a next package (had already cancelled by this point) so I decided not to pursue this. They also told me that in order to process a refund, my subscription would have to be reactivated. I thought that sounded mighty suspicious so that was another factor in deciding not to pursue the refund. Imagine my surprise when I was billed in October for another package. What the hell? I had cancelled! I went to the website and found my subscription had been reactivated. I hadn't done that. I contacted customer services that instant to ask how my subscription had been reactivated and ask for a refund and the package not to be sent. Get this: they admitted to having reactivated my account in irder to refund my first package (but didn't actually refund me), and refused to give me a refund for the second, unrequested package! They have since stopped responding to emails. I am planning to complain to the UK retail ombudsman but not sure what they can do about countries shipping from abroad.

I asked for my subscription to be canceled, 3 months later they are still taking money out of my account. The quality of there products is sub-par.
They have the worst customer care
They have the worst customer care. Bunch people who don't understand basic English or something . Some nuggets working behind the help desk. They seriously are useless. They don't help cancel if you want to. Their website is not used friendly. They need an update for sure and fire the incompetent ones.

Like others I wish there was a negative start review as this company is not worth any positive stars. I ordered 3 separate orders and months later still have not gotten my purchase drive, I keep trying to contact customer service and they keep giving them run around. There is no phone number to contact and speak to anyone in person. So not get scammed by this company.
Wish I could give less than one star
Wish I could give less than one star. Paid for regular underwear and the Halloween set. THEY only updated half of my address. When contacting them , they blamed me for the mistake! I canceled right away and will be disputing the charges. Customer service is awful and quality is subpar. Don’t get scammed by this awful business!

SCAM COMPANY! They steal your money and refuse to ship you the products you’ve paid for! I ordered 3 pair of normal panties and the spooky trio add on package of 3 Halloween themed panties. I received the 3 normal and that was it. I reached out to the company who told me “We don’t make shipping mistakes” and told me to file a claim with USPS. They know you can’t do that because they don’t offer insurance on their shipped items which is a requirement for USPS to file a claim. When I sent this information back to them they refused to ship me my products, refused me a refund, and just started to flat out ignore me. I have filed a dispute with my bank and a complaint with the BBB at this point. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. SCAM COMPANY! DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE ME!!

Ordered the 3 pack and they did come on time and even looked like the pictures but they are made very cheaply one came with a hole in them and the other two fell apart minutes after wearing them. I commented on the post that had a pair included in my package and said it came with a hole and they deleted my comment while proceeding to answer other comments praising their company so I DM’d them and they haven’t opened it so I will not be buying from this company again.

Do NOT use this company!! I have had their subscription for a few months. For Halloween, I decided to add the Halloween themed panties to my order. I received my package and only received the regular 3 pairs of panties in my subscription - no spooky trio. I emailed them a couple of times before I received a response that there is no way they could have sent the package without it??? They stated the package probably opened during transit and that I need to file a complaint with USPS. I told them that the package received was in PERFECT, ORIGINAL condition. I have emailed them 6 times since then and they now no longer respond. Don’t waste your time or money! I am filing a dispute with my bank.
You will only be wasting your time and money
This is a long one, sorry. A TL;DR at the bottom. I placed an order on September 9th for the Halloween undies bundle because I'm a huge Halloween fan and also who does love cute underwear?! One of my girlfriends sent me the link and she actually even got hers on time, she also mentioned how comfortable they were so I was super pumped. ETA was September 19th - 24th. Nice, just in time for October, aka spooky season! September 25th rolls around and I still haven't received it. Neat, so I emailed them asking for an update as well as tracking because I never got the confirmation email that it actually shipped out either. They basically said give it another 4 to 7 business, so I did. That time rolled around and still nothing. I emailed them again asking them for a tracking number and they responded asking me for my address saying the tracking investigation would take 2 to 4 business days, so I gave to them my address. Then they tried to tell me it was the wrong address and sent a screenshot of what address they had, it wasn't the wrong address... So I told them it wasn't the wrong address, they responded with asking me to contact USPS. Which I did contact USPS and USPS need a tracking number because.... That's normal... Right? Well, I don't have a tracking number, they never gave me a tracking number. So I asked again for the tracking number and they asked me again for my address. At this point it has been 18 business days after they said it should have arrived, I'm angry and I'm expressing it but they aren't responding. I've left messages on their social media and still nothing... Now it's been four days and they haven't responded to my emails and I just now decided to look into other peoples experiences outside of social media because all I ever did see on social media was people being so happy and excited and positive on there. I should have known that they delete comments. I've left negative comments on IG and FB and they deleted them, lol. This is a terrible company. I'm glad I didn't sign up right away for the subscription and I feel terrible for those that have and are still getting charged by them. TL;DR Knotty Knickers will scam you, stop responding to your emails when it gets too much for them to deal with and will delete all negative messages you add on their social medias. Just know that I hate leaving bad reviews and I've purchased many items off of the internet from different places around the world even during covid... but this is by far the worst experience I've ever had! 10/10 do NOT recommend. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
