Only rating 1 star because 0 is not an option. I emailed to confirm that they would accommodate a request of cotton only. They assured me that it was completely possible. Also their website boasts that all undergarments come with an 100% cotton liners. Both of these statements would appear to be lies. The automated customer service emails are garbage. Horrid customer service. Received 3 not cotton underwear with zero cotton liners to accompany them. No refunds due to the nature of the product. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Comments I made on FB posts have been removed as well

Please don’t waste your money Wish I would have came here to read the reviews before subscribing! Product quality is trash. Customer service is trash. Definitely get what you pay for out of this one. 👎🏼 I canceled my subscription same day received product-got a email with confirmation of cancellation and was still charged! Mind blown. Tried to dispute with PayPal, PayPal said they didn’t find any unauthorized charge. Like what is an unauthorized charge of not one made after cancellation has been requested and confirmed. Reached out to their customer service and basically they told me to go f*** myself. You won’t be getting another dime with your scam ahh company. ☺️🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

Started out as a great service with cute panties. Two months in a row now I get a notice in my post box that postage is due for my package for knotty knickers in the amount of $2.85. Weird since you pay for shipping correct? I emailed customer service and receive a snarky email about how it is not their problem how USPS handles and charges for packages. I need to send them a copy of my USPS postage receipt in order to possibly receive a refund for the money I paid. Look them up on BBB they have an F rating. The shipping scam is a common problem. There is a class action suit pending against them as well. Still have yet to receive my latest package. Not worth the time, money or hassle. Such a shame.

Instructions for Cancelling

Like others here, I saw all the positive comments on Facebook and placed an order. I didn’t receive anything at all for six weeks. I contacted them and let them know it was now a full two weeks past the last day of estimated shipping. Five days later, I received the order. The next day, I got a snarky email from them in response to my complaint, saying they checked with Canada Post and the delivery had been made. The quality is dollar-store-worthy. I have figured out how to cancel. Log in. Go to My Subscriptions and click on your subscription. If you have multiple subscriptions, you’ll need to do this for each one. Scroll all the way down past the “knotty extras.” Select the tiny hyperlink Manage More Settings. That will take you to a menu where you indicate why you’re cancelling. Don’t forget to repeat for every subscription!

This company is a scam. They collect the subscription payment and do not ship the products. This is consumer fraud and a class action lawsuit is pending.

Very poor quality unfortunately

I'd add a picture if I could. The quality is so bad, I got maybe 3 wears/washes out of each pair I got before they would fall apart. The materials are cheap and the fit was usually a bit awkward. I gave them 3 months just to make sure it wasn't bad luck. It wasn't.

Terrible product and service.

My story is the same as others. Just joined in July. Took almost a month. Investigation. One pair had 5 holes, the other the design was crooked and the 3rd I could hardly get up my thighs. They offered me 1 free bonus pair with next order!? 3 wrong and they want me to give me a "bonus" pair. They asked for pictures which I sent right away and since then radio silence. Asked for measurements. I see there is no where to cancel. I asked once when ordering how to cancel and no answer. I will ask one more time to have a record of it then I am going to change my credit card as I am sure they will never tell me. What a pain this was. They sure have a good marketing team and being on facebook gave me confidence to try an online subscription. Never again. Back to the store for me! Buyer beware! And...I wish I could also give 0 stars. I knew it was to good to be true. They don't deserve to be in business. Thank goodness it was only $12. But, still. A waste of my money.

They delete negative comments from Facebook

I received a pair that didn't fit right at all, and spoke to customer service, and they said they were going to send me one to replace the ones that didn't fit from last month this month (still waiting on thay to arrive), so I commented on FB that I had a positive experience with Knotty. Then people began replying to my comment with negative words directed to Knotty. THESE COMMENTS WERE THEN ERASED! Super greasy! Be aware...
