No Customer Service, Blocks When You Have Issues

This company treats people horribly and cares more about social media appearance than providing a quality service. This is why you’ll only see positive comments–they delete all negative ones. They’re a super dishonest brand and block you from messaging them if you have problems with your order. I gave my preferences, and they sent me 3 pairs that were EXACTLY what I said I could not wear, despite having tons of great styles I would wear being advertised on their site! I shared my honest experience with polite language on their Facebook page, and they immediately took it down and blocked me when I messaged asking for a partial refund. Check their reviews on Trustpilot, as well. This is a horrible company. Transparency matters, and deleting comments shows their priorities. They only cared about taking my money and not helping with anything afterwards. You are much better off going to Target or another big box store because they will at least try to work with you and provide customer service if something happens with your product.

Don’t Buy!!!!

The sizing is inconsistent. One pair fell apart while I was taking it out of the packaging. If you want better quality, buy from the dollar store.

Customer service chaos

My first month's shipment didn't arrive by the time I got notice about the second one so I emailed them. We went back and forth about it and they kept telling me to check with my post office and I kept telling them that I didn't have any information (any kind of tracking or reference number) to ask the post office about. Knotty Knickers told me they checked with Canada Post and my package was delivered -- it absolutely was not. They told me there were probably taxes and duties in it so to check the post office. Again, with no information to offer the post office to help. When I finally got what I assume is my second month's package, it came from Mississauga, a city in the same province that I'm in, so there's no reason there would be duty on it. I cancelled my subscription, then got an email saying that they started it again so they could re-send the first month's package and I could cancel at any time. I can't imagine why re-subscribing me without my consent was necessary to resolve the issue and was an appalling development. The panties themselves are fine, pretty standard quality for the price point, but the hassle is not worth it at all and the company is sketchy as hell.

The quality is terrible

The quality is terrible! Very rough fabric and extremely synthetic feeling. I'm going to try Splendies now which has better reviews.

Sends Postage Due $3.05 after shipping already paid

I also made mistake of trying this underwear service. They send postage due to USA after you already pay shipping on website. They will not provide full refund even though you cant get the package without paying again. I cant say anything about the quality because I refuse to pay ransom for package. It is a shady Canada company so be warned you do not have US consumer protections!!

Terrible quality!!! Same that you can find at the 99 Cent Store! I went with the 3 panties every other month and i canceled right away! 1 pair was maybe like walmart quality. but the other 2 were definitely the cheapest ugliest undies i have ever come across. Do not use these sites!! Spend more money and get your panties on sale from a real brand!

They didn't put enough postage on my…

They didn't put enough postage on my order so the post office will not deliver. Knotty Knickers expects me to retrieve it and pay the difference in postage. I am unable and unwilling to do this. The customer service has been horrendous. I want a full refund and they refuse to give it to me for an order that hasn't been delivered because of their error. I have filed a complaint with their local BBB.

Just Buy Elsewhere!!

I chose the type of panty package (Nice package), and chose the specific pairs I wanted for my first order. There was NO fine print anywhere saying they choose the panties for your first order. I get my first pack and it's not only not what I chose, it was entirely the wrong package of panties! It was a random mix from various packages! There's no phone number to call, so numerous emails and days later, I'm still just trying to get the original set I wanted! At first they acknowledged the error, then came back saying I got the right package. I emailed back, with a FB photo, proving it was the wrong package. Canceling my subscription as soon as soon as they give me what I ordered!

You get what you pay for, good still.

I didnt really give any specifics on what I wanted, except for style which was on point ( not things) people just need expect that it is ultimately a random subscription. And you get sort of what you want just like any other subscription. I like what I got but I did feel like one of the underwears I got was a little small, but the other 2 were perfect 👍 so yeah you get what you pay for. My second month was better than my first. All fit good. Overall I'd say that paying 14$Canadian for 3 pairs is a good price..

Very cheap and didn’t take any of my requests into consideration. Canceled after one and now I’m worried it won’t actually cancel. Really disappointing
