Wish I could give 0 stars. I generally wear a 2x-3x. Out of 3 shipments 1 pair has fit me. I've tried to cancel and can't via their website. When reaching out to customer service you will get a prewritten response. They do not care about your issue. I have tried for over a month to cancel. They just keep saying I have to do it through their website but I have clicked on absolutely everything clickable and there is no cancel option. I was billed again and have written them threatening to turn them in for fraud. How is it legal that I have contacted them that I no longer want their service yet they keep billing me? This is the biggest sham of a company, stay away.....far away. After many days and hours of trying to cancel, I finally figured out how. Under manage subscriptions, scroll over to the right. The edit/cancel button is totally unseen unless you do, no doubt on purpose. Hope this helps someone.

Cute, fit, arrived on time!

I received my first shipment today (Canada) in the white, discrete envelope they promised. All pairs fit and are polyester with a cotton crotch sew-in. You can email them if you have preferences and I asked for wide hips, no bikini style and received 1, but still cute. The fabric seems durable but I'll have to see after a wash.

Don't waste your time or money.

I wish zero stars were an option! Signed up. I pay for my first month. Nothing arrives. I pay for my second month. Still nothing arrives. I try emailing their support email and I receive no reply. When I make an issue about it on social media, someone reaches out and says I never contacted them. I have the automatic support requests every time I've tried emailing them. They've lied to me. They've lied about me. I've now opened a case with PayPal with them to try and get my money back. They told PayPal I emailed them saying I'd received my package! I did not such thing and they've not been able to produce proof of this. Cancelling with them is a whole other nightmare. I cancelled on may 9th and have email proof. They renewed my subscription on may 24th, without my consent, and billed me a third time. The only things I've received have been attitude and the worst service I've experienced in my entire life. Whoever runs this operation should be ashamed. Run far away!

Knot happy, Knot worth $5, DO KNOT TRY!

I encourage hiring someone who cares and is good at customer service, and invest in some quality product, soft, classy, sexy... They may just want to get as many ppl's $8-10 as possible before going under. Pun intended. 😉 Knotty Knickers was SUPER disappointing. Poor quality; took forever to arrive. They didn't honour my preferences (no neon colours) for my very first order, and they still sent me TWO neon ones, didn't fit well at all. Will not wear. #regift Their 'fix it' offer was to send an extra pair of underwear if you buy more, can't guarantee they will not be neon with your next order. Thnaks anyways, best of luck.

They deserve zero stars. They sent me the wrong size, when I emailed them to correct it they basically called me a liar and asked for proof that they sent the wrong size. I sent them their proof and they still refused to correct it. Do not subscribe to this horrendous company.

Knotty Knockers is a SCAM

I have had a subscription to Knotty Knickers for months and asked to cancel my subscription multiple times through email over the past 1.5 months yet they continue to charge me and not send the products I’m paying for. I commented on their Facebook asking for their help to cancel. They asked me to private message them and as soon as I did they blocked me and turned off my ability to comment on their post. This company is a SCAM!! The products are poor quality and they refuse to cancel subscriptions or mail products they charge you for. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFO! Horrible company!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star, but that's the lowest rating allowed. I subscribed in March and never received my order. I asked for a refund and was told that was not possible. I cancelled my subscription as soon as I was allowed to, but they reactivated my subscription and charged my card again. Their customer service department is absolutely terrible, and this company is a straight up scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Terrible quality, worse service.

Knotty knickers are TERRIBLE and their customer service is the worst. The panties are cheap and scratchy. They sent me the wrong size, and won't refund or replace unless I keep my subscription... I almost never leave bad reviews, but this company deserves it. Splendies is, by far, a better value.

I've been getting these for almost a year now. I've never had any issues and absolutely love the cute designs. For the low price they're obviously not top quality but they are definitely worth it regardless

Yikes..

Yikes... I had to cancel my subscription because they kept sending the wrong size. & the underwear would come half sewn or falling apart. This would be good if you want underwear that fall apart after the first wash.
