Zero - zero zero stars Fell for the balony and cheap prices - absolute garbage electrical items that don’t work and are all damaged brand new Toshiba microwave - no power I’m going to try a section 75 chargeback These are con artists of the Highest order- don’t be fooled Even broken items in a no public viewing item - they try to force you to pay return delivery Never buy from disgraceful A- HOLES

I was asked to pay a fee for the redelivery of my item. I tried to reason with them, but he was too arrogant to listen. Very disappointing!

Electrical purchases …

All the electrical items I bought via the online auction were completely useless. They were obviously faulty and probably returns to some company etc. John Pye would not accept returns and everything went in the bin. It was all junk and if cost me £40!

ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! STAY AWAY

In a very crucial time, after my wife and I spent 2 weeks in hospital with birth complications and baby infections, we ordered some breast pumps. 2x of them in one lot. 1x was a MAM breast pump. 2nd was a Medela. Both came broken with lots of different part missing. We literally threw away a couple hundred quids thinking we're saving a bit but only if I knew. The description was not saying anything about missing parts. On the phone with them, the only backup they had is that they allowed a few days for people to COME OVER at their depot, that's over 200 miles, to check them out. SHAME SHAME! WHAT A SCAM. They wouldn't help in any way. STAY AWAY FROM JOHN PYE AUCTION. Almost all items are either broken or something missing. If you like to gamble, go ahead.
