I was unfortunately involved in accident recently where my car was written off. This being my first and hopefully only accident I didn't know what to expect but spectre drive have been excellent through the whole process, keeping me up to date with what's going on and guiding me through my claim. I had the accident at 12.15 on the 9th February and I had a courtesy car dropped off at my home at 16.30 the very same day. I can't fault there service so far and would highly recommend them. Spectra have been efficient in collecting my damaged car and providing a courtesy car, changing it when it was a tad too sporty! Speedy assessment of my vehicle, if only the 3rd party were fast as well. Great service.
