I was directed to SPECTRA after contacting the Accident Claims Line which we thought were the third party insurer of the person who hit my car, Google scam. Very nice and friendly to start with but then all of a sudden not collecting the hire car they provided. No-one leaves any notes left on our file. 6 months later telling us we will be footing a hire bill. Very arrogant, unfriendly and unhelpful. Arguing that there isn't someone there with a certain name. AVOID.
