Very helpful when I phoned anytime and felt really looked after and actually got like for like in size of car whilst mine was being repaired

Matt and the team at spectra drive were extremely helpful and guided me through a very stressful experience from start to finish. My insurance company wouldn’t give me a car but spectra did the next day and I managed to get paid out in full. I would definitely recommend them.

Spectra have gone above and beyond to help me when my insurance company couldn’t. They got me a hire car within 24 hours, I got paid out for my vehicle within 30 days and didn’t have to pay my excess or lose my no claims bonus as everything was claimed back from the at fault insurer. They were also very easy to contact on the phone and I was updated by text and email along the way. Great service all around and I can’t thank the team enough for guiding me through such a difficult time relieving my worries and stresses.

Had someone drive into my car in a hospital car park, he didn’t leave his name or any details however, I took a picture of his Reg and Spectra were able to do the rest. They arranged my repairs, replacement car and it didn’t cost me a penny. Great company.

Excellent service! I was involved a bad accident which wasn’t my fault. Spectra drive got a brand new car delivered to my home the next morning and they arranged to recover my car from the accident. I didn’t have to pay a penny as all the money was recovered from the at fault party for these services. I also received a good payout for my car which was a total loss. Text messages being ignored, emails ignored. After knowing they had my payment for over a week and having having to pester and pester for them to pay me the money they was hanging on to each time as long as they could. Paying me two times and then making a total mess of redeeming the over payment. A difficult experience from start to finish.

Did what my car insurance couldn't do efficiently. Provided me a car and let me keep it way past the deadline with no charge when my baby daughter took seriously ill. No pressure and good communication throuout the contract. Would definitely use this company again.

Great service, really impressed with spectra drive i had replacement vehicle same day after a non-fault accident. They kept me informed throughout the whole claim and were super responsive. Much better service than my insurance company and i didn't have to spend over an hour on hold waiting.
