Scammers and and fake people 24/7 lies cant belive there is some fraud people like this .ihavent seen people like this on my life dont know where they hire this people from.... they qualification should work at chicken shop maximum if icould igive no star iwould. there is 2 managers and ithink they trying to get this company shut with they behave with the worker and residents im glad iwont be dealing with this un professional people 👎 please mention why ihave left please ?? What the reason?????? Even the person reply to this review still want show they are good people and professionals YOU ARE NOT all people lives there knows it .not because ileft iwas temporary worker you dont desrev worker like me you need someone to get abused and ignored and keep quite this not me idont take this iwas doing my work just racist group against me to make sure that resident happy who attacked me wich police was involved and give that person warning to stay away of me and didnt allowed him to even come to the area wich iwas happy for this as was no responding . over 3 times ireport it to the managers scared of that resident but idont scared from no one because police understand the kind of abuse ibeen throw they have follow the law .not after week later the encore managers came up with false reasons together against me because of my name and where am coming from.

I have read the response from Encore Encore the Mismanagement company of the year, and a professional fabricators of made up false information. We have never seen any Encore management team in Providence House on monthly basis or non of the residents are aware of such visits, unless management team visitors have impaired eye sights and don't see the problems. or they are just invisible. Even the major issues reported to the Encore management team for Providence House, it is totally ignored , despite Encore acknowledgment of the problems, nothing is done!! The Encore management visit to the building on monthly basis is farce, another reason for money making scams. Encore's response is absolute confusing statements , to justify the huge extortionate service charges imposed by Encore Encore's management teams incompetence , uselessness and compulsive lies is reflective of the desperate attempts by a fake and mismanagement company to keep a face

One star is too much for this poor management company whose goal is solely focused on ripping their customers (leaseholders) off with all means. Stay away from this kind of management company who controls the heating unit price, the heating billing agency, the accounts of the communal heating supply. They are running the businesses in a way which enables them to use their dominant position to force some unfair charge and practices on the property owners and enable them to maximize their profits with all means.

Unclear charges and unresponsive
This company provides estate management services for a development where I own a property. They have sent me emails asking for approx £900 for building insurance which I always previously paid myself (for over 10 years). I have insurance in place at a fraction of the cost. I have asked them several questions about how they can just start charging me this without my approval and other related questions but get no answers and just threatened with debt collectors. They did say it was decided by the RMC but I don't understand how they could sign off an increase in costs to me without sharing quotes etc with me when it impacts me. This is causing me extreme stress when times are hard already. Surely this can't legal.
