There's a leakage from the roof of my apartment, our Assistant Property Manager Melissa McIntyre is always helpful and replies prompt. Even the issue is not yet solved she will contact the contractor to come again and try their very best to fix it. Really appreciate for that!

Our Estate Manager, Kirsty, has always been helpful if there's ever the occasional issue, or I have a question concerning the apartment building or it's grounds. This time, I emailed her to report a faulty outside light, and I received a professional reply the next morning, assuring me the problem would be quickly fixed. Speaking as a landlord of leasehold apartments in different apartment blocks, which are managed by different managing agents I can say with some authority that Encore Estate Management are by far the best company I have dealt with. Alexander Brown, who is the Estate manager for the building where my apartments are located is nothing short of fantastic. He (and all supporting Encore back office staff) a) always respond and b) always respond promptly to any queries or requests for help and it's a breath of fresh air to get this as a leasehold landlord particularly as you can often be left feeling a bit powerless with issues outside of your control where you are not getting anything back from a freeholder/managing agent.
