I have made a “Subject Access Request”…

I have made a “Subject Access Request” to Encore and have been completely ignored. I can’t go into the details here as once the SAR has been fulfilled on the advice of my solicitor there is a possibility of legal action to follow. Can I respectfully suggest that you speak with our Encore Estates Manager for the St Albrights Crescent estate who will have the full details of why I have requested a Subject Access Request. Thank you

They don't respond. I tried for weeks to get an answer but ignored me every time, pretended they weren’t in the office each time I called and when they finally got back to me, said there was nothing they could do. Useless. Absolute shambles.

I’ve lived on an estate managed by Encore for 11 years. Encore are an excellent company to deal with and our most recent estate manager, Alexander Brown is moving on with his career - we will be sorry to loose him. He has always responded quickly and helpfully to any issues that have arisen - it’s good to know that we (as owners of apartments) are listened to!
