Bonnie on the Estate management team was extremely helpful in getting two drainage issues resolved... in fact both were dealt with on the same day that i raised them with her, and she also took the trouble to keep me advised of progress. Great service!

Just like to say a great big well done to Pete who works his magic on Eton Green. Pete’s work is always professionally completed. The green areas of Eton Green are amazing and always tidy. Leaves are always swept away and the grounds are always clean. A very big thank you Pete, you do an amazing job!

Having been a landlord with a leasehold property managed by Encore Estate Management over a number of years I have developed a good relationship with the property manager (Kirsty) enabling open and transparent conversation to get issues resolved easily and efficiently. Most recently I have had issues with the utility meter readings on change over of tenants, Kirsty offered the practical and pragmatic solution of providing meter room access to me due to our long standing relationship and mutual trust. The Alconbury estate is a great place to live with lots of greenery, family play areas, places to walk dogs and for cycling and walking. The estate is well maintained with grass regularly cut and everything is clean and tidy. The bins are always emptied and there’s never any litter. A pleasant place to live.
