Responses to maintenance issues are terrible and get ignored from management which shows the level that they are at. My rating would of been a lot lower until Bonnie turned it around and dealt with them professionally and in a timely manner which was very appreciated. Many thanks Bonnie for your help. Paul

Want to leave a huge thanks to Pete who manages the St Thomas Walk SL3 estate. He does an absolutely great job, takes a huge amount of care in his gardening and estate management. A real asset and puts a lot of care into ensuring everything is tidy and well managed. Thank you!

Recently Leanne Griffin and Megan Duff sorted out a problem we had with a door not closing properly. This was sorted out within a day. As for the rest of the company, just don't expect anything to happen about getting overgrown vegetation tidied and as for tree surgery......?

There were problems with obtaining some details from the freeholder which Encore ((Kirsty) helped to resolve.

Bathroom leak fixed. L. from Encore Estates Management was pro-active in coordinating a response to a messy situation and instrumentatal in obtaining a refund to me from a sub contractor when I felt un happy about the service. Well done and thanks.
