Kayleigh has been so efficient and helpful with a problem at the Manor with regard to some contractor issues. She has sorted out a problem within 24 hours that had been ongoing for a while with a really efficient excellent attitude. She really is a credit to the company - very well done!!

I write as one of the Directors of our large block of 57 flats in a large estate of 4 buildings with gardens. The block was built in 1933 and is an Conservation Area. So, its large, old and being in a Conservation Area means there are many regulations that need to be taken into account and permissions are required for almost everything. We also have a mixed population of Leaseholders- half of whom are resident and half rent out their flats. Many have owned flats in this block for over 40 years and are very established in their ways of doing things. Recently we bought the freehold, but not all the leaseholders participated, so this makes managing the estate even more complicated and there are numerous complex financial and legal issues that arise. In our initial few years of being with Encore, we found that our allocated Estate Managers found the complexity of this estate overwhelming. There was always a lot to do and it was often difficult. But since the arrival of the current CEO things have changed out of all recognition, and in our experience, the calibre of the Estate Managers that they now employ has improved beyond measure. The CEO is very approachable and we have found him extremely helpful in helping us to manage some very difficult issues. Since his arrival, our experience of Encore Estates has improved year on year. Sarah Norton who we have now as our specific Estate Manager is very able, dedicated and hard-working. She has an excellent grasp of the complexity of our estate and works with empathy and understanding of issues. She is knowledgeable, skilled and very personable and is very effective in dealing appropriately with issues as they arise and is an excellent people manager. Nothing is too much trouble and she is a pleasure to work with. The joy for us, is that things actually get done with her in the driving seat. She is very well supported by her Team Leader, and Assistant Manager. Together they make an exceptional team who provide our estate with excellent service.
