It’s was so easy to book, and the cabin was awesome these is my second time booking with Cool cabins. Everything is great like customer service, they always pick up the phone calls. My only complaint is the day before we never get a text or email, with the adress or a complementary heads up for our stay like all the other hotels do.

My family and fur babies truly enjoyed our time!! There was plenty to do. The house was clean and in a great neighborhood. I would definitely recommend you all to friends. Also, very quick to respond to questions.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Everything worked great . The only problem was the propane bbq pit it was rusty and old . But it definitely did not take away from the charm and coziness of the cabin .

I have been booking cabins for 3 years now with big bear cool cabins and I’ve never had an issue with any cabin. However, this time was completely different. The cabin did not have a few amenities that were listed on there. I brought family with me with kids and we couldn’t even watch tv, the washer and dryer did not work. We had an insect problem in the bathroom and to top it off, someone went into the cabin while we were having dinner. We did not get notified that someone would be going in and I think that’s an invasion of privacy. We are booking it for a couple of days and the company failed to notify us that a realtor would go in. It pains me to write this review because cool cabins has been so easy to work with but this time our visit was completely different.
