The cabin we rented was small but huge. It provided all the comforts of home along with so much info on what to do and where to go. Perfect for my family

It was great. Everything was clean, and organized, and usually with motels/hotels/ I always feel weird. But, in this cabin I feel comfortable.

We recently stayed in an A-Frame cabin in Big Bear with "Big Bear Cool Cabins". We were very pleased with the overall experience. It was pain free during the whole process and I have to say the cabin was exactly as described. The whole process was easy and fairly priced. Much better than "AirBnB" and there hidden costs. The cabin was clean, accurately described, well taken care of, and very easy to check in and out of. Even the neighbors were great. The fact that the cabin was dog friendly was a plus. We will definitely stay in Big Bear again using "Big Bear Cool Cabins" and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation.

My husband and I ended up in our primary doctors office because of a skin rash we are both covered in due to the lack of cleanliness in our rentals hot tub

My experience was great

My experience was not that great. My birthday was ruined and I had several breakdowns. Thank God for my husband and my loving family for pulling my spirits back up. Certain cabins (Ours Tipsy Grizzly) or all cabins have holes in the walls and there are/might be a mice problem. So I suggest if you do stay ask for mouse traps to be placed in the cabin before your arrive. We stayed at the Tipsy Grizzly. They did help with bringing mice traps quickly but it would have better if we were warned before hand. I was only offered a $50 compensation and a 15% off next stay. I don't think that was a fair exchange when we had sleepless nights trying to look out for mice crawling on us. Or having to put every single food item inside the frig so the mice wouldn't eat it. I am very disappointed in this establishment. My birthday was ruined! 😭

A great cabin in a great town! My wife and I got married in Las Vegas, then drove to Big Bear and having a cabin overlooking the lake was a wonderful way to spend a honeymoon. We had a minor issue-- the batteries in the smoke alarms needed changing and kept making the annoying beep. I called the office and they sent maintenance to fix it, even during a snowstorm! The cabin had everything we needed. Great experience and will use Cool Cabins again!

Driveway was not plowed nor salt put down, my mom and I both fell and chains broke trying to get up the driveway. It was the only house on the entire street and neighborhood that was like that.

Foosball table was a hit with the kids. Across the street big empty lot with a ton of snow to play in after skiing in the morning
