Awesome location for snowboarding. Easy walk to lifts. Very cozy and clean cabin. My only reason for the 4 star and not 5 is the fireplace wasn’t working . We would definitely go back!

We had a great experience at Sunset Haven. We were able tom communicate all the time with Big Bear Cool Cabins office. Everything was perfect.

Everything was easy and straightforward from the booking, check in, the actual stay, and the check out. I would use cool cabins again and recommend them to my family and friends!

Clean the cabin it was spider webs in there dog or cat hair everywhere and the toilet was leaking in the bathroom

Our stay was perfect. The cabin was so cozy and had everything you need. We enjoyed the barbecue the barbecue was filled with propane so we did not have to make an extra trip. It was very comfortable. We even asked to stay an extra night. We will definitely be back the backyard Was very big and our kids had so much fun sledding. We did not have to leave the cabin. It was the whole package.

It was a nice cabin very spacious. Loved the fireplaces. We brought in 2024 in the cabin and had a great time. Highly recommend.
