Well organize and very , very cozy . My family and I loved it . One thing that I notice is that it needs dusting especially blinds which is so noticeable. Does not have laundry as well .

Everything was great! The cabin was clean and really comfy. Check-in and check-out were very easy. We love the location :)

We have stayed in cabins thru Big Bear Cool Cabins for years. Their service is always good. They are very responsive via text and sent a repairman out to replace batteries, adjust water temp etc. The cabin was nice and classic Big Bear style with some upgrades to the bathrooms and kitchen. There should be more Tupperware in the kitchen to hold leftovers, and the frying pans need to be replaced. The cable options were limited so we couldn’t see the coverage of the ball drop on New Years Eve that we wanted to. We were able to stream some movies. We would have loved to have a washer/dryer and jacuzzi but knew the cabin didn’t have them when we booked. Overall a good experience!

All the beds were broken. I don’t know why we didn’t complain at h th e time but we all had broken beds that sunk in. It was hard to sleep

As for the location of the cabin, it is very suitable, because it is in a very central area, close to all the necessary places, to satisfy basic and entertainment needs. However, the temperature of the cabin was inconsistent and seemed to be different in each room and each part of the cabin, it seemed as if someone was manipulating it from another place. This situation did not allow us to rest properly, the rooms were super hot and the living room was very cold. For the price of the cabin, it seems very small to me, because we have had the opportunity to enjoy others of this same price, but super large and several rooms.

Booked at Sunrise Pines. Appears to have been poorly remodeled. Both bathrooms had new tub/shower inserts but the down spout was not attached to the wall in both. Couldn't give the kids a bath in fear of water leaking through the hole where the spout should have been. Left side of kitchen sink, drain was not connected so when we poured water down it leaked all under the cabinet and onto the floor. Interior door thresholds had nail heads sticking out (from hall to bathroom). Various cabinet handles in the kitchen were halfway off. Front door screen/glass door hits the roof fascia board and doesn't open fully. They left coffee filters and ground coffee, but no coffee maker. Cool Cabins did relocate us to another cabin for our last night. Little Big Pines was a very nice cabin, would rate that cabin a 5/5.

We love our stay at the switzerland Cabin , everything was amazing and in place. we also want to thanks the cool cabins team they were always ready to answer any question and help us .

Best rental place , they go above and beyond to make everything nice.

Great cabin, great location. Hot tub was awesome & fire was nice and warm. Only complaint was the showerhead needs an upgrade
