The staff was awesome to deal with. I called a couple of times and they picked up the phone right away and answered all my questions. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The cabin, however, needs to be updated and needs a new rug in the kitchen, which was a trip hazard, the exhaust fan in the bathroom needs to be replaced. Sounds like an aircraft waiting to takeoff. Coffee pot is broken. There is no icemaker in the refrigerator. The mattresses in the second bedroom were very uncomfortable. Thank you, Daniel

It was my first time booking with Cool Cabins, I definitely recommend booking thru them. the cabin I booked was nice and clean and they answer all my questions.

Excellent place and nice house where I stay and it has space outside to rest, I highly recommend it is a place where you can rest with nature.

The property was exactly what my family and I were looking for. Pros: board and card games, the vinyl record player (with a few festive records), enough room for our family of 4 with a large dog. 15 minutes in either direction to the slopes 10 minutes to Big Bear Restaurants Cons(and the only reason for not being a 5): Fencing in disrepair and unable to let dog outside unattended The driveway has a fairly large abrupt drop that isn’t visible to the eye, but my Tesla scraped the undercarriage really hard. We had to park on the street because of it.

Place was perfect. Near slopes. Nice yard area with spa, firepit and other fun games. Only cons I would say are beds and pillows were not very comfy. If we did have any questions or needs, they responded promptly.

Great location near the lake. Cabin was spacious and equipped with family essentials. Perfect Ski Vacation for me and my family . Love the enclosed Jacuzzi . Perfect for winter enjoyment.’ 5 STARS

So nice and cozy!!! Family had so much fun.. we lived our view of lake and the house was sufficient for the family holiday tradition!!

The company is super responsive and quick with anything you may need. For example one year I couldn't find trash bags (totally on me I later found them in the most obvious spot I missed), a quick text later bags were dropped off soon! Another year I couldn't find a broom, a text later one was dropped off shortly after! Easy check in easy check out, clean and cozy accommodations. Will definitely rent again!

The people at Cool Cabins were great. There were a couple items in the cabin we rented that needed attention and the staff at Cool Cabins were there as quick as they could be and took care of all of our concerns. Good company.

We had a wonderful time at Cornerstone Cabin and even added an extra night! It was the coziest and sweetest little cabin, perfect for our couple's getaway. We enjoyed building our own wood fire in the fireplace and the hot tub was awesome! Big Bear Cool Cabins was great and ready to answer any questions we had during our stay! We had no issues and wished we could've stayed even longer. We loved this trip!
