well I ordered 3 bottles AFTER initial enquiries which were responded to very promptly!! Big tick to start off with, upon ordering I enquired about time of delivery, and I actually recieved my goods earlier then quoted!! I am in Melbourne and distributor is in Qld I believe. Goods arrived in perfect condition, am very happy with my experience, will deal with the seller again for sure!! Looking at maybe a bulk buy next time as family love the product too.

After placing my order, I decided ask about adding in a related item that was not listed on their site, as I had trouble finding it elsewhere in Australia and shipping from overseas suppliers was almost as expensive as the item itself. The item was quickly sourced and I was advised it would take about a week before it was available. As my order was still being processed, it was placed on hold until the additional item became available. To my delight it became available earlier than expected and the total order arrived a few days before the anticipated delivery. I was also delighted to learn that a further discount had been applied to the complete order.
