It really works better than normal hot pack. However, length of this electric pack is smaller and suugested to increase about 10 cm for even better performance. I am new user of about 2 weeks only, hard to say about durability and it's consistent performance.

You send emails of all the stuff you sell but when I've attempted to buy some of it, you don't send to Australia. Guys, if you don't send to Australia, don't send me the email. Hope that's friendly enough for you, Merv.
