The phone worked extremely well. I had unlimited calls in Israel and able to reach relatives outside the U.S. It was great.

It was a problem picking up the phone and dropping it off. MS. Nourallah works from her home and has limited hours of availability. I work and have limited hours of availability. The other LA pick-up is at quite a distance so not an option. Next time, I will probably pay you for shipping or arrange with a company that allows me to pick up at the airport in Tel Aviv. Last year, the person I dealt with was much more flexible in his times
