Sim card for iPhone

My sim card came in the mail prior to my overseas trip. I put it in my iPhone upon arrival and it worked just fine.

unreliable, deceptive and unprofessional

it started from when i went to pick up the phones. nothing was ready both times i went to pick them up after they told me it would be. ended up having waiting 30 minutes to get the phone. then they gave me the wrong device so i had to wait again to get it. ordered a mifi that said unlimited wifi. really it was 10 gb (it only mentions the 10gb cap on the order page in small print) because the low speed after 10 gb was not working at all. also got emails that i didn't return the phones after everything was returned

Disappointing and certainly not not we have come to expect from Amigo

It was extremely difficult to hear on the two phones we got and one charger was not working at all. We have used Amigo phones many times and this is the first time we had such an issue.

Would use Amigo again

After shopping around, Amigo was the best option to try for renting a phone in Israel. Everything arrived quickly and was ready to go when we landed at Ben Gurion. We had no issues making or receiving calls.

All was good with phone but we returned right away and a week later we got an email that our phone was never returned:( they did email us back to tell us it was returned but it was upsetting and worrisome at the time.

the process was simple to pick up the phone, instructions for using the phone where clear, the service worked as promised, still waiting on the bill so I cannot yet comment on the accuracy of the billing

Got to Israel and Sim card did not work. Called Amigo a few times to report but no calls returned. Two weeks later Sim card replaced and cell phone is now operating.
