I had no problem with the phone

I had no problem with the phone. My only concern was that I could not get the ringer to go any louder. Being hard of hearing half the time I did not hear the phone ring and missed some calls

The cost of rental was reasonable and having a US number added was helpful. The main problem I had was trying to make the ringer louder. The enclosed directions didn't help and I had to depend on feeling the vibration or holding the phone in my hand to hear the ring.

Almost great

Everything worked great. I rented a simple flip phone for Israel. I picked up in Toronto. Everything went well. Easy to use phone. Phone was fully charged. Only issue I had was receiving an email that the phone was not received on time. I emailed back that it was and asked for a confirmation. But never received one. Bill was accurate in the end. Frustrating that I never got a reply to numerous email.

Pickup location was not expecting me …

Pickup location was not expecting me when I came to pick up phone. They had to hunt for the order. They gave me the wrong instructions and I could not setup voice mail for 3 days until the correct instructions were mailed. BLU phone very hard to work because the big centre button had trouble navigation and frequently recorded false "Enter" commands. Although the phone was returned to Slice and Bites the day my plane landed, knowledge of the return of the phone did not reach Amigo HQ until 10 days after

Good product

Good product, worked well, no issues. I would have liked a confirmatory email when I placed the order, so I knew that it went through. As it turned out, I had to call them to verify the order. Other than that, no issues.

The cell phone did not ring on incoming calls in Israel, it would only vibrate. I had 3 people look at it and they could not fix it. Tried calling the help number and couldn't reach customer service.
