Had a very professional experience with customer service. They phoned me before dispatch to tell me that the flowers weren't up to their standards, and then proceeded to offer alternate options to be delivered on the same date. They also refunded me the difference in price and provided a pot free of charge for any hassle. The woman was very polite and helpful over the issue. Would strongly recommend this place!

Bought an Orchid online as a gift. Asked the recipient to let me know what the plant was like and to send me a photo so that I could see it was a 'healthy' looking item. Both recipient and myself can confirm we very pleased with the item. Arrived in good shape and healthy plant.

Ordering was easy. Delivered when they said they would. Quality was excellent. Sister-in-law very happy with the surprise.

The orchid was delivered on the specified day and I also had an email from the courier so I knew when it was coming. Unfortunately one of the stems was broken on the orchid, which was a shame as this was a present, but there were others with flowers and buds on. I would use novablooms again.

I have ordered a blue vanda orchid and I have received a fucsia one which I suppose it is the cerise-fucsia or the pick vanda orchids. The explanation was that the one I received is the correct colour I have tried to call back many times and sent emais l but I did not get any answer.
