I was really pleased when I found this site as my mum loves orchids. I picked 2 plants for her as a Chinese New Year gift. I was pleased to get delivery updates as they were being sent directly to my mum. I was apprehensive when I found out the courier was Yodel as I haven't had the best experience with them in the past. After I was notified that the plants had been delivered, I rang my mum to see what she thought. She really liked them but one of the plants was damaged in 2 places. She said when the she opened the box the plants were upside down in opposite direction to the keep this way printed on the box, so it's not surprising that there was damage. I asked my mum to send me photos so I could email customer services. I haven't heard back from anyone or had any acknowledgement of my email. I'm quite disappointed as I had plans to send other gifts to family and friends.

Ordered a week in advance to avoid Valentines rush. Birthday flowers didnt show up on 13th OR at all! No explanation or apology just a refund notification 2 days later. Service not to be trusted. First try of this company, never again!! Beware of placing your trust in them, they'll disappoint! UPDATE: NovaBlooms customer service have attached an inaccurate fictitious response. Buyer beware!
