I placed the order on a Friday for next day delivery for a plant for a bereavement but unfortunately the plant wasn't delivered on time. The 'Shop' app didn't give any updated so I had to send an email to customer service to ask for an update. They were very helpful and sort the issue really quickly but the plant arrived a week after the day a placed the order- apparently the courier didn't deliver the plant and they started an investigation. In the end the plant was successfully delivered however a week later.
