Nova Blooms have never let me down. This Christmas I sent flowers to my daughter which were beautiful. I also had an excellent Christmas vegetable box. Always good quality. Excellent communication regarding delivery times.

Having sent fruit & veg boxes to a friend earlier this year which were of exceptional quality I was not surprised to hear that the Christmas plant I sent was also great. I had selected an orchid to send to another friend & was contacted by phone with apologies that the item I had selected was no longer available...Novablooms offered a very acceptable replacement which was delivered on time. Fantastic! Always a good selection of produce and really good quality. We also ordered a panettone this time and it came in a beautiful tin too.

I ordered a 2 x 2 stem orchids as a Christmas gift for my mother. The courier didn't ring the bell to let her know it had arrived - they just left it in her garden. The parcel was left lying on its side despite being marked "keep upright". When she opened the box, one of the plants was broken. Overall it was was very disappointing and extremely poor value for money. I won't be using them again.
