A orchid present so I've not seen it. My mum loved it when it arrived, she needed to pop it in some water to soak for an hour and tweek the branches to hold on but other than that all good. We also bought the same orchid for my mother in law earlier in the year so would use this company again.

The order was placed a couple of days before christmas and it was a concern if it would be delivered on 24th as stated but it arrived on the day and the orchid was packed very well. The recipient was very happy so all in all I'm very pleased and would use again.

Nova Blooms has been a real life-saver during lockdown, and, because of the reliability of the service and superb standard of the produce, I have continued to use them throughout the year. My Christmas delivery was such a time-saver and was hand-delivered as my order was so large there was not enough room on the van. There were only two of us on Christmas Day but this order has kept us in fresh fruit and veg ever since. It was good to be able to add on extras too-the bread is to die for and the coffee is pretty good too!

Christmas Flowers I received a bouquet of lilies and foliage on Dec 32 They are still looking gorgeous on Jan 4 th as I write. I have also used Nova Blooms to send flowers and have found the service to be excellent

A bit disappointed as my order was not available. The Flowers were unattainable because of import problems (French closing borders, lorries stuck etc). Replacement was sent, on the delivery day, but not to the standard of the flowers/vase I purchased. Where the flowers were OK, I was quite disappointed. (My Previous purchase was fantastic and recipient loved it, this one was just OK). I emailed explaining that i wasnt that happy with them but have yet to have a reply. I understand there maybe delays in response due to Christmas holidays etc and that they had supply chain issues with the flowers themselves.They had issues to overcome and they did fulfil my order, albeit with a replacement. I will use Novablooms again, as I believe their usual standard is better than what I received this time.
