Brilliant service brilliant produce

We ordered a Christmas veg box so that we could avoid the last minute rush at the supermarket. We ended up having to isolate as my partner tested positive for covid so it was perfect timing. However, we were expecting the box on the 23rd, didn’t arrive and no contact. When I emailed they said there had been supply issues so it had been a day late. On Boxing Day the box arrived but was full of fruit, no veg. Not what we ordered at all and to add insult to injury half of the fruit was bruised or split. When I rang, it said it was closed for Christmas, so I emailed. They then responded to my previous query again, obviously not reading the email. They did however open the phone line and have since refunded the box. Thankfully a very kind friend went to the supermarket for us in the afternoon and managed to get what was eft of the veg there.

I’m subscribed to Novablooms for quite some time now and I am very impressed by how the variety of items have increased and how beautifully everything has developed whether on the website, the service or with the delivery.
