My order was delivered in excellent condition on the day I requested and the recipient was thrilled with her gift.

Usually, I like ordering the fruit and veg boxes from NovaBloom. This time I added bread and it was very underbaked. The pears were squashed and mushy under some heavier fruits and the tomatoes were squashed as well because of the way the fruit & veg were distributed around the box. This hasn't happened before so I was quite surprised.
