Beautiful blooms, good service, very good value.

The birthday orchid I'd ordered arrived on time and my aunt was delighted with it.

The orchid arrived around midday on the specified day, and was beautifully packaged. The pot was as requested, and it was a nice plant, with good care instructions. But the colour was not really what I had expected. The photo showed a deep red, but what arrived was more of a rich pink, so a bit disappointing.

Good quality and pleased with the roses. Unfortunately not delivered until late afternoon which , for flowers, would be better if delivered earlier.

Not great. Didn’t arrive on the delivery date selected at check out. No communication until the following day. Contacted customer services. When the delivery arrived one item was damaged in transit. Won’t order again.

The service from nova blooms was great but wasn't notified when arriving from yodel arrived at lunch time but got a email to say it was delivered at 6pm
