cannot give review, over 1 week no delivery no messages will not use nova blooms again

Arrived exactly on time. Beautiful flowers.

Dissapointed opened parcel to find outer petals starting to shrivel and turn brown they are not lasting well in the vase either.

Disappointing customer service. Placed an order, missed the delivery, however the next day I expected Yodel would attempt delivery again and even called nova blooms about the missed delivery. Yodel did not attempt to redeliver and despite alerting nova blooms of the status of my order the next day very little was done. I even tried to contact yodel but the automated service terminated my call after checking the status saying I should contact the sender. I recontacted nova blooms regarding my frustrated attempt at contacting yodel. At some point that day I was actually told there's nothing they can do. The start of next week I asked for a refund and was told it was done. To my surprise on Tuesday the 24th yodel sends a delivery message and I try to call nova blooms several times even leaving a message regarding this. So far I have not had any call back from them. Yodel then alledged that they attempted delivery but it was refused at the door due to damage, the report was updated at 15.56. I was home all day until about 4.30pm or thereabout . No such attempted delivery happened and this report is absolutely false. I have been trying to contact nova blooms without any success and despite leaving my number more than once this week, have not received a single call back. I also have not received a refund. I have now written to them and intend to escalate matters should I continue to be ignored. Will definitely not be patronising their company. They haven't in this instance demonstrated good customer service or an understanding that how you handle customers when things go wrong is important. *In response to nova blooms reply below * The delivery was not attempted the next day at all and I did not refuse to have the order delivered. Your statement that yodel was running late is misleading , as they never attempted delivery the next day. The status of my order said my parcel was at the depot, which I told you staff but she tried to explain it away. I told your staff that there wasn't a safe place to leave the order as I live in a flat, also I don't really know my neighbours and was working unsocial hours. I didn't give the option to leave in a safe place or permission to leave with a neighbour but I certainly did not refuse for the order to be delivered. Going by the status displayed online, Yodel didn't bother to deliver at all the next day and then several days later, on the Tuesday, falsely claimed that I refused delivery at the door when no such thing happened. I have now received my refund but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Plant arrived immaculately packaged, delivered next day as promised , vanda is stunning, will recommend and use Nova Blooms in the future.
