Very bad experience- I didn't receive my shipment from the 4-12-2019 and you send me to DHL and DHL answer that they are looking. Then again I contact you and the answer is that they appreciate my patience and they will come back .and again the same. I did't choice the company for delivery and you are the customer from DHL. I brought from you and pay to you. I don't have any conection to DHL and I feel that is your responsibility to handle this questions and or return the payment o resend again but this time by register mail.

The worst company to order from. They havent even dispatched my item two weeks later and are refusing to refund me. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank. DO NOT TRUST THEY ARE A SCAM

It took over a month to get the merchandise that is made in the USA. It was sent from Hong Kong! Customers should be informed when checking out that it will take over a month for delivery.

If I could give this zero stars I would. WORST company I have EVER dealt with. I placed a order on 12/13/19 & today is 1/7/20 & I still have NOT recieved my order. I got a email saying it was shipped on 12/19/19. I emailed customer service numerous times & they give me the runaround & make up lies & excuses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Stay away from them. I will NEVER order again!
