Worst service I have ever received

Worst service I have ever received! I ordered from cosmeticsnow.ca. My ordered was supposed to be delivered in 7-12 days, and it has been over a month, and the tracking is still indicating the parcel is sitting in Sweden. When contacting customer service, they told me that “sometimes we need to have a bit of patience”!!! Update: The response below is a demonstration of the quality of customer service. After a delay of over a month delivery, my first response was "sometimes we need to have a bit of patience" and my second response was "we suggest using DHL for quicker deliveries", as if this was somehow my doing. Absolutely baffling.

Easy to order. Cheap? Not so much!

Easy to order, glad that they have products that not available at the local stores where I am from. However, product price in advertised emails CHANGED (increased) at actual web site. In New Zealand we would call that FALSE Advertising! And it's illegal!

Christmas order

I placed an order on the 8th of December for a Christmas present and didn't receive the item until after Christmas. I understand it's a busy time however for an Australian on-line company the delivery time was was too long.

Cancelled order, then doubled the price?

Found a perfume that I was having trouble finding elsewhere and placed an order for two bottles. The money went through, but then noticed that my order was cancelled and that I was refunded the $125. Tried to place another order for the same perfume, only to find that the price was literally double now, at $122 a bottle. Not sure what kind of business does that. Will avoid Cosmetics Now, now and forever!

Great to deal with

I purchased 3 products from Cosmetics now & found the service to be very good. I felt delivery was too slow however it was stuck with Australia post and when I emailed Cosmetics Now they answered me straight away and follow up with Australia Post.

Terrible experience.....

I ordered some cologne on Nov.29th and just received my order yesterday Dec.17th. That's entirely way to long for shipping considering it's a domestic source. On the upside it does appear to be authentic and I'm thankful I received my order. I'd give it more stars if it weren't for such a delayed shipping time and the customer service being nonexistent. FYI the phone number on website is totally fake and useless as well.

Product not received, shipping extremely slow, tracking not working

I ordered on 2 Dec. On their website the courier is Legion Express Couriers (3-5 business days). However as of today it has been TWO TIMES of the estimated shipping period and I still havent received my item. Unacceptable. The tracking number they provided also didnt work when I entered it in my local post tracking service.
