Worst online shopping experience of my life. Did not get my order until now. Do not buy with from company.

I bought a product on 18 November and it did not arrived yet. I sent 4 emails and no one answer. I tryed call, no one answer. I want my money back or any information about. The company sent me the refund and I decided give a second change and now, the product arrived but with a very strange appearance, with a hard layer on the top, looking like an old product. I sent email and instead of they send me other product or the refund, the answer was "we are currently liaising with our supplier to negotiate a remedy". Unbelievable, I never more will buy anything from this company again and I do not recommend it to anyone!!!

Stay away from this company, their delivery is a JOKE, tells you 7 days. Guess it is more like 7 months. What a joke, stayyyyyyyyyyyy away. All the 5 star review are fake.

They have a good variety selection of face products

I paid 17 dollars for a 3-5 business days delivery. Its more than 19 days now an no delivery ! The delivery agent keeps lying and trying to blame me! (they said nobody is at home or that they try to call without being able to reach me). I haven't been contacted, neither by email or by phone and nobody rang the door, for sure). Totally unprofessional. Do not trust this company and my only advise, do not pay such high delivery fees to waist your time exchanging thousand of useless emails with no results expect new misleading answers. Now I just want to stop this ridiculous situation and I will probably have to fight for refund. Total regret!

Bought Pureology hair oil, it is definitely the bottle but idk what is inside. Definitely not original product. Never again
