Horrible customer service horrible response and horrible delivery . Not sure this product is even real

I had two questions about the products I wanted to order. My questions were answered on the next working day. One was helpful, one directed me to the manufacturer which was less helpful. The products arrived from Australia to NZ in 7 days which was awesome. Thank you.
