Great customer service. Product arrived damage free and quickly.

This is the worst online shopping experience I had ever. I ordered a product from their website to be delivered and it took me 32 days to be precise. This was after tons of follow up with their team online. Today after the 32nd day I receive get a message from a post office that my product is delivered at a location that is 1.20 hours away from the delivery location that I had provided them with. Please don't order from them.

Top customer service is judged in this instance by exceptional affirmative action by Cosmetics Now when things go wrong! We had placed an order in April for shipping to New Zealand. Following tracking from both Aust. Post and NZ Post things were going well until the parcel arrived at Auckland Airport. Then after considerable delays via our tracking we were informed the parcel was "Returned to Sender". I thought that was the finish!-, but I did inform Support at CosmeticsNow thinking probably our $120+ order was history! NOT SO! Veena and the team at CN.sprang into gear and reshipped the original order immediately and kept us informed right through to our receiving the shipment just yesterday. We are so grateful, and our thanks to all concerned. YAY!!!

A good experience

I purchased this Cargo lipstick in the colour Bermuda and I wasn't disappointed. Very smooth and creamy, goes on like a dream. The colour to me is a light warm peachy/coral shimmery pink. It reminds me a lot of Elizabeth Arden's Desert Rose without the little bits of gold shimmers, just beautiful. Being a bit older, the colour is perfect for me without too much pigmentation. I would certainly repurchase again.
