I ordered 2 products through cosmetics now that I cannot fault but I was a little disappointed on the shipping time frame. When ordering my products the website stated 3-5 business days for my order to arrive but it didn't come until 8 business days later. Had I known the delivery would be so long I would have purchased them instore. I emailed the customer service department after day 7 and only received a brief reply and barely even an apology for my inconvenience. If I order in future I will need to order in advance to ensure I receive my products in time.

It was easy to order and arrived when they said it would be. They did not up charge the product that was being discontinued. I am very pleased and will look to them in the future.
