Great products and service

I been charged for my product , but haven’t received it. I received email saying that my cream is out of stock! But my money is still frozen on my back account!!!

I bought the hair mask. Quick delivery but product overpriced and not working anywhere near as good as on adverts for me. It looks like all negative comments are being deleted from face book so you can’t get a real review. oil mask from Avon does better job and is on lower price. Disappointed

Awful experience. First of all, if you are a Canadian, be aware that your item will be shipped from Sweden and will take forever. This is not a Canadian company and their products are not shipped from Canada no matter how convincing the website is. Also, pray you don't need to return your item because if you do, they expect you to send your return to Hong Kong at your own expense with tracked shipping. This would generally cost more than the original order. Since they don't even list the product ingredients on their website, what you receive might not be what you expected. I have no idea how they stay in business.

Scam website, order never arrived, still waiting after 1 month since shipping. Refused to give me refund for the unreceived order. No correct tracking info provided and on top when i tried to follow up for the millionth time, they blocked my email ID so I cannot contact them anymore. Terrible experience and will strongly advise for anyone not to use them unless you want to get ripped off!
