It is great ordering my hair products and receiving them at home I don't have to go out and they arrive pretty promptly.

I signed up to Cosmetics Now a few years ago. I have never had an issue with my orders. I immediately receive a confirmation email re my order, another email when my order is dispatched and a follow up to ensure that there were no issues with my delivery and order. Prices are much cheaper than other cosmetic stores. In summary I am extremely happy with Cosmetics Now not only for their efficiency but for the quality of products and also their rewards program.

Great genuine product, fast delivery and well packaged.

Product and service was good however when ordering from NZ it was not made clear that product was coming from Australia. As a result delivery was much longer than expected. When I was advised of product despatch I expected delivery next day but in fact it was a week later before it arrived.

The product was excellent, just what I needed. Delivery took a little longer than expected.

Love the products great price and arrived within the week.. easy ordering ;)

Excellent product

Have been purchasing ROC and occasionally other products for years. Always a quick easy purchase and delivery. If on occasion the product is out of stock I am informed immediately once it is back. Great packaging so never any damaged goods received. Miriam
