Tried to buy 2 peridots stones for over 10 days for a ring. I need them to be of similar / to identical colour and size. I have not been able to get a picture of the stones together. From my original selection, 1 stone has been sold to somebody else and no replacement was proposed. After a multitude of messages over a 10 days window I have not received anything other than the link of the stones available on site, this has been a waste of time. What a shame as I also wanted to buy further stones but disappointed by the lack of tailored approach and professionalism. Following all the great reviews , I was very much looking forward to buying from this company .
