I bought a gorgeous green emerald ring from gempundit few months ago. The transaction was managed by Dheera Verma and the full 5 stars are because of the way she handled the entire process! That said, there is some scope for improving the photos and videos of these gems on the website. When you are making an online gem purchase, you want to be sure that the gem looks just like when you see it in person, under the sun! The exclusions should be clearly visible and highlighted in the photos and videos. Dheera and her team assisted with sending multiple videos of different emeralds aside from what is posted on the website and ensured that I was happy with my purchase.

Its been an amazing buying an Emerald + Diamond Ring. A pleasure to deal with Neel Das, he explained everything about an Columbian Emerald and Diamond combinations. He kept me appraised about the progress of the Ring and patiently handled all my queries over the last month. Customer & customer service

They like to blow warm air up peoples behind, but it seems in reality they are full of it. I my last correspondance with them, it seemed like they were going to do something resolute and get into a solution, but I have till date never heard back from them which is quite awful! They are seemingly populistic, and just do PR (public relations) for show.
