In April of 2022, we visited India for a nostalgic trip. During our visit my cousin arranged to meet an astrologer in Kolkata, who recommended emerald for me and Ruby, Yellow Sapphire and Pearl for my daughter. Walked me through with each steps I ordered 4 gemstones. All the stones were customized according to our choice. Arun was able to show me the video, how the Gemstone will look after setting. One I approved it, and took care of the Payment for the stones, Orders were placed. All the orders were ready on time. And I was truly amazed by their Shipping. Arun shipped it via UPS Express. There was no shipping charge as I met their Free Shipping Criteria. Within 5 days I received my shipment in excellent packing. There were no issues with Custom Clearance. I couldn’t have expected anything more. This was my first experience of online purchase of Gemstones from Jaipur. Initially I was very skeptical. But my experience so far has been excellent. Avoid this place ....I ended paying extra $525 in GST including $100 clearance fee plus extra $211 making charge which was not included on there website. $1000 ring coat me $1500 landed here in Australia.

Amazing .. .. I would say thebest ever experience.. I couldn’t believe the random design I selected from google and they have made the same ring wich local Jewelers was afraid wven to look at .. i really recommend to all people who would like to wear gem stone please try ince you will never look back.

Update: I have updated my review based on testing of ring, pendant by a local jeweller. The silver used has a grey sheen/ gloss and doesn't look like typical silver jewellery I have, so I suspected that it was not silver or low grade silver, but after testing, I have been told that the silver is 925 silver. So that's a relief. However, the amount declared on invoice was total amount instead of listing shipping and price for jewellery separately. As a result, I ended up paying custom duty and taxes on the shipping charges as well, roughly additional £25, hence only 4 stars. My order: Australian White Opal set in silver ring. White Topaz set in silver pendant. Positives: 1. Very large collection of gemstones. 2. Authentic stones used as far as my order is concerned. 3. Well made jewellery. 4. Gempundit is the best place to get gem stone jewelry with ease and with no worry. I have order a 22k gold ring and they have delivered it with utmost care along with all the details needed.

Buying from them was a straight horror show. I have bought a ring for my wifes birthday which is not worth more than 2500 Dkr. but I have paid around 7500 to get it, and that is even though upon ordering the ring through their website the ring was around 3.300 with delivery. After a big hassle with the payment through thier website I had to "fight" of three vendors really when I just wanted to be left in peace and receive the gift. Anyway the gift was late and arrived like a month after the birthday. Plus I had to pay additionally two three times because this and that. All of it was covered in the initial purcahse on the website. After complaining the first time they have reached out and kindly requested me to take down one of the reviews and find a solution together, and the rep. promised to call, but I have till date never heard back from him!
