I had issues paying online, their system was down, so I requested doing a bank transfer and they refused, quite rudely, and insisted the issue with the payment system was down to my bank... and to contact my bank, which i did - and there was no issue. I did managed to do a bank transfer eventually but the customer service was appalling,Olivia who I dealt with was quite rude. I wouldnt use them again. They then sent the wrong ring, it wasnt a good experience
