Great product and very fast despatch/delivery

I bought my wedding ring a few months back from Flinn & Steel which was a fantastic experience. Naturally I wanted to get my best man gift here as well and the engraved hip flask was perfect. With all the chaos surrounding the last minute wedding planning, I had left it a little bit late to order. Fear not though, Flinn & Steel went above and beyond to help with a quick turn around and the product and engraving is brilliant. Thanks again for such a great service.

The speed of processing our order , communication and quality was amazing ! My only small issue was that when I received the order the bag that it came in was open. Fortunately everything was still inside. But maybe an extra bit of seal to the bag would be good !

Amazing customer service, ring sizer sent initially and came to me in Australia really quickly. They advised me super quickly on best metals, the engraving and fingerprint process / fonts etc. Super responsive on socials giving genuine advice that wasn't pushy in anyway just to make a sale. The delivery of the actual ring got held up at international customs clearance (nothing on F&S) and they raised a ticket through the Aus post service on my behalf to try and get it looked into ASAP. Ring sizer was ordered on the 28th may and got to me in Melbourne around a week later. Actual ring ordered the 5th June, and even with it being engraved, fingerprints on ring and a hold up that was nothing on Flinn I had the ring within 3 weeks. This also included them confirming the fingerprints I submitted to them via the app. Incredible customer service. And the ring came in a lovely box, looks incredible and is fantastic value. Especially with the uniqueness of fingerprints and engraving. Could not recommend enough for the product itself, value, and incredible customer service, especially with it being shipped across the world. An amazing and unique wedding band.
