Ordered a ring and it was delivered within a week. Unfortunately, the ring was a size too big, so I returned it for a smaller size. The return, and receipt of the new ring was all taken care of within a week again. Fantastic service throughout from Flinn & Steel, and I would not hesitate in recommending them to family and friends.

Nice ring and quick delivery. Says it's takes 6 to 8 weeks to custom make but mine came within a week. So sounds like they already had my size or ring in stock. So a bit misleading, especially if I needed to return or exchange. Which they say they cannot do as it's custom made. Was dirty and scuffed on arrival and covered in fingerprints. Looks like someone had worn it before so a little lackluster for the price.
