Had delivery,1 shower screen missing , a fault with other shower screen , still not received the replacements after 2 months and the won’t reply to emails , I have now contacted Mastercard and if I have to small claims court, beware this company , shocking service

Called the firm on there customer help line no answer line was dead so emailed got a answer asking for more information which I did but haven’t heard anything back since then I have emailed them several times now and aren’t getting anything back

We have used Aica several times and always been pleased. They always deliver when they say they will, with very helpful, friendly drivers. Their products have always been great. We had a slight problem with a scratch on a previous purchase and it was sorted straight away. We definitely recommend them.

Easy to order, delivered promptly. Unfortunately, although a snug fit, this 4-panel shower screen on the bath does not perform well with water seeping under the panels.
